Koněprusy caves located 7 km from Karlštejn are the largest accessible cave system in Bohemia, formed from Devonian limestone laid down in a shallow. Three floors of corridors and chambers are filled with outstanding stalactites and stalagmites. Average temperature there is 10.6 °C. An excursion takes 60 minutes.
